Event Registration

Axens collects these data in order to process your registration to an Axens Client Event. These data are processed with your consent, which you express by ticking the consent box on the form. You may at any time withdraw your consent to this treatment. 
These data will be communicated to Axens' Marketing & Communications services. 

In addition, Axens may share this information with Axens subsidiaries in and outside the European Union, so that they can ensure compliance with the US Sanctions Policy, subject to subsidiaries outside the European Union being parties to the Data Transfer Agreement concluded by Axens with the companies in its group on the basis of the standard clauses of the European Union, and / or Axens local agents, located outside the European Union with which has been concluded/is being negotiated a data processing agreement consistent with the standard clauses of the European Union.

These data will be archived 4 years after the event, and erased 5 years after that. Any data regarding non-professional information will be erased 6 months after the event. 

We remind you that you have a right to access, rectify, erase and limit the processing of your data, the right to object to this processing and in some cases a right to portability of these data. Photography and Filming

By registering for our event, you agree hereby that you may be photographed and/or filmed during the event, and that Axens has the right to publish these images on websites, social media platforms and printed brochures.

Event Mobile Application

Axens collects this data in order to give you access to its Mobile Application used during Axens Events. These data are processed with your consent, which you express by ticking the consent box on the registration form. You may at any time withdraw your consent to this treatment

These data will be communicated to Axens' Marketing & Communication services, and to Axens Sales Department.

Satisfaction Survey

Axens collects these data in order to gather your feedback after an Axens client event, in an effort to continuously improve your experience as a client.These data are processed with your consent, which you express by ticking the consent box on the satisfaction survey. You may at any time withdraw your consent to this treatment. 
These data will be communicated to Axens' Marketing & Communications services. 
In addition, Axens may share this information with Axens subsidiaries in and outside the European Union, so that they can ensure compliance with the US Sanctions Policy, subject to subsidiaries outside the European Union being parties to the Data Transfer Agreement concluded by Axens with the companies in its group on the basis of the standard clauses of the European Union.

Any information collected on paper will be computerized and then destroyed 6 month after the event. Any electronic data will be archived 4 years after the event, and erased 5 years after that.
