A Passionate Collective
I have been with Axens for 15 years and my career reflects the diversity of roles linked to energy transition and the opportunity to craft a personalized, long-term professional journey within the company. From Process Engineer to Technical Proposal Engineer and now Technology Development Manager, I lead new developments with IFPEN. Everything is possible because we've only scratched the surface of the many opportunities Axens has to offer!
My work is 100% focused on the international scene. I collaborate daily with our teams, wherever they may be! I meet people from very different cultures which is incredibly enriching. For instance, I contributed to a modularized Steam Cracker furnace project in the United States: the Project team I was part of was based in Houston, the partner was Japanese, detailed engineering was carried out in Europe, and manufacturing took place in Thailand!
My vision is to bridge advanced technologies with practical solutions for clients facing global issues. I address complex challenges, such as designing efficient processes, recommending catalysts to optimize performance, supervising plant start-ups to ensure safe and reliable operations. Axens has a strong commitment to innovation: I still push boundaries exploring new solutions for the energy transition and decarbonization.
